Wolfeboro is in the lakes region of New Hampshire ... a popular area to visit after seeing the White Mountains. The spring-fed Lake Winnipesaukee is dotted with more than 250 islands. We decided to ride our bicycles on the rail trail along the lake beginning in Wolfeboro. We were surprised to see the trail traverse causeways between lakes as we passed several rail stations and model sailboat racers along the way. After the ride we ate lunch at a place overlooking the lake and then happened upon an antique car dealership.
