Woman was arrested after she reportedly swung a dog leash at a man Saturday morning. Police said Courtney A. Bothern, cut the top of the man’s head with the metal clip of the leash. The man refused to sign a complaint or give a statement. Bothern was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct. Police had been called to the residence earlier in the day to an earlier conflict between the two parties.
