Wonderful afternoon spent celebrating our friend Barbaras & my belated birthday today with a turkey dinner .......Had a 18 1/2 lb. turkey in the freezer that I had been wanting to cook for awhile. Decided this was an excellent excuse to cook it! Needed a bright spot in my week so I decided to use my Sweet Elegance (retired PH) china and Garden Mist stemware (also retired from PH) and set a table to brighten our day.....Hope we made her day bright too! Thank you Dave & Barbara Harwell for being our friends. I know my hubby Don enjoyed over eating today as well as the good company. I know my nephew Kenny Uhl loved meeting you. Just the 5 of us made it a very nice day! im not a fan of turkey....but this one really turned out not tasting as strongly of turkey as usual. Hubby is going to have a lot of turkey to make turkey sandwiches!
