Wonderful students, graduation yesterday, what an amazing lunch of grains with red lentil dal, and celebration cake they made to complete the course. All coming from a heavy meat and processed based diet with no experience of cooking wholegrains, beans, lentils, etc., they did an amazing job and now they get to go out and teach that to others. Here they are practicing their coaching and diagnosis skills. Our next Macrobiotic Coaching Course 21st October, Graduation 2nd November.
