Wondering about a problem if anyone knows, I am experiencing a few glitches with Painter 12 grabbing some of my download files like brushes, and workspaces that I am downloading for Painter X3. Before I can move my downloaded files, Painter 12 grabs them and tries to install them causing problems, and a recent crash, thus my icon on my doc for Painter 12 has disappeared, and when I try to get into the applications files where Painter 12 is I can see my brushes are there, my goodies, and workspaces, and I have access to my stored artwork files that are there, but when I click on the icon for Painter 12 of course it only shows me the crash information and wont reboot. So I am thinking if I can get rid of this corrupted workspace, maybe I can reboot Painter 12? I probably can uninstall Painter 12 and not have to use it, but I guess with this problem of grabbing files, then maybe I need to just get rid of Painter 12. I also have Painter X as well, and need to uninstall it, but need to know how to uninstall it properly. I am working on a Mac OS10.8.5 Mountain Lion. If someone knows of a good quick fix, please steer me in the correct direction, or any other information on this subject any share info. Thanking you so much!
