Woodmizer LT-40 with new (40 hours) 20 hp motor. I purchased this sawmill from an elderly couple this past summer. I simply do not have the time to operate it. The sawmill was purchased new by this couple and only has 2200 hours on it. It was purchased new in the mid 90s (though the mills are still constructed the same). The motor is new and all aspects function properly and accurately. Its a manual mill (without hydraulics). It contains a hand winch and steel (factory) roll-ramps. The mill also has a lap-siding attachment (which has never been used), as well as (roughly) 50 blades...some brand new, some sharpened, and some that need sharpening. I purchased at a great price and simply looking too pass along...$7500 for all (but firm)
