WooooooooHoooo for those who have been following my weight loss mission as of 6:50am EST i am down to 289...for a total of 81lbs GONE SEEYA this it lowest i have weighed in 6 years...i am so damn proud of myself...54lbs to go...hopefully my body adjust and keeps it around here to 292 range this week so i know that i am conquering this battle one way or another im officially 60% of the way there as well...
