Words stolen from my very wise friend Sharon: Wake up Thursday: post 4th of July. Lost pets fill pounds and shelters every where. Dogs and cats ran for their lives scared out of their minds. Now scared in a loud strange place they will be put to sleep if they are not reclaimed. What are you going to do about it? You can do some simple things that are easy without putting your smart phone or coffee down. You can make a difference or you can be blissfully blind to it all - after all its just a dog. - share a post. Foster a stray and help them find a new home. Volunteer. Get involved. Help find a solution and stop the over crowding, educate on over population, learn what is happening in your neighbors back yard with all the barking and puppies.... Today is a dark day at pounds and kennels.... You can make a difference.
