Worked 10p-10a last night into this morning doing an equipment watch for the show Trophy Wife. Around 6am crews started to show up to take it all down. At my scheduled out time (10am) the only thing left was the bathrooms and a few fake bushes in front of one of the 10 vacant homes that Disney owns on this block. So I call into the office asking if Im supposed to have a replacement at my out time or if I should wait till its all packed up and told them what was left. Madness ensued over the 10 planters of fake bushes left lined up in front of one of the houses. Someone didnt do their job! Is what the locations manager tells me on the phone, and then tells me he needs to call me back, at which point he informs me that his boss has ordered a 24 hour guard watch over the left behind greenery (fake bushes) in front of one of the 10 vacant, Disney owned, constantly patrolled by Disney security cause they own the block and the studio is literally next door, houses, and I am supposed to wait here till my last minute replacement arrives. And I have another 12 hour shift in 6 hours downtown. Wow Disney! Wow!
