Working in media, you gradually get to understand more and more techniques of production and editing and things invariably lose their magic - new techniques come in and become fads, then fade away, or they seem to have one very specific use, but dont really expand the language in a meaningful way, just like some big new word that quickly is forgotten. Then you see something like this: vimeo/108018156 where one person has combined a bunch of new and traditional techniques in an extraordinary way, and your jaw hits the floor and also your belief that the technology enables new forms of creative expression rises once again. Good job that man - this is incredible work.
