Working on the 1700 pending requests for membership at the moment, so here is a little rule reminder and about our group: PRA was created as a space for photographers of all levels, united by a passion for rural photography, to network, share their images and skills, ask questions and develop their chosen art form. We ask that all members follow 4 simple rules....Keep it Rural, Keep it Australian, Keep it about the Photography and Play nicely with others. There is a zero tolerance policy for photo snobbery and those that cannot follow the rules. We ask that you also refrain from posting: Random happy snaps of rural life (we want photos that you thought about, that you are proud of for their photographic merit, or that you would like feedback on), Seascapes, cityscapes and coastal shots, photos from 50 years ago (particularly if they arent yours). Please do not debate the ethics behind the images posted on here, if you dont like the content of something please just scroll past....admins on this page are very active and we will remove the offending image if need be. Please include settings, technical info and the location of your images. Please report spammers/problems to admin via the drop down menu beside the post. There is a weekly theme, that runs Sunday to Sunday, which can be found pinned to the top of the page, entry is encouraged. I hope you enjoy this group and get as much out of it as I have over the past 3 years!
