Workout Programming Watch this 32 second video. This is a sample of my secret to designing workouts. Exercisers and trainers, programming is the most important thing when it comes to working out. I know, I know its going very fast. This is a crash course of how its designed and this one works for individual and group. So you trainers out there here is another you can copy. Emphasis is lower body in all planes of motion and both endurance and strength-power. (hip flexors, hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calves are all hit) Inbetween each leg exercise I have a Core emphasized exercise that uses a lower body muscle as secondary emphasis. Last of lower body circuit it transitions to lower body and upper body exercise (jump rope) and Spike in heart rate. Then second row of circuits is upper body emphasis. Starts with anterior exercise followed by a posterior exercise lower body with anterior upper body muscles working secondary. Then go to posterior upper body exercise with posterior lower body working secondary. The two finishers are battle rope and ball slams. Great endurance and power exercises.
