Workout Wednesday! Nothing better then starting your day with a great workout! You set yourself up for success the rest of the day. Finishing my leg routine with a burnout set of lunges! 5 sets of 20 reps 30 seconds rest between sets! Thats 100 reps in less then 10 minutes! Gets the blood pumping and the muscles burning! Try this at the end of your leg routine! Remember the pain you feel today will be the pleasure you feel tomorrow!
