Workouts are going well! My trainer Jamie thoroughly kicks my butt every week! I can feel my muscle mass forming everyday :) my downfall: my eating habits. I NEVER eat. Only because im poor and find food wherever I can (not the trash or anything... Parents house, work, etc). I need nutrition guidance. I dont "cook / cook" often because of time. Just need help w ideas. Remember that Im gluten intolerant :) HELP!!!
