World Vision World Vision International Jordan Job Vacancy Join and be part of a global relief, development and advocacy organization, which is dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Job Position: People and Culture (HR) Coordinator— One Position, based in Amman, Jordan Key Responsibilities: The P&C Coordinator will be responsible to take part in recruitment process and give constructive and comprehensive guidance and feedback throughout the recruitment process, talent management, support/facilitate staffs to understand World Vision Internationals P&C policies and procedure. Assist line managers to develop country level P&C strategy; succession planning, pay and benefit review, performance cycle management, and other staff issues. Work closely with the line manager and other departments heads to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development plan, orientation system for all staff members.. Develop consortiums and linkages with like organizations to share access to qualified candidate pools, to keep in tune with changing P&C environment, responsibilities, and best practices in Amman and field locations. Assist P&C Manager in representing the organization and create public awareness of World Vision at various functions: conferences, seminars, job fairs, social settings, sector and industry meetings, etc. Requirements: -Â Â University degree in Business Administration or any related field. -Â Â PHR Certificate is a plus. -Â Â At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource management & practices, including Learning & development. -Â Â Experience and knowledge of the Labour & other applicable laws in Jordan. -Â Â Very good English language skills -Â Â Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel. -Â Â Good communication skills, in both written and oral form & strong interpersonal skills -Â Â Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a high multi-cultural environment. -Â Â Attention to detail.
