Would like to ask prayer for Jeff. My husband is a very solid, in control type of guy who does not show much emotion. He was brought up in a home that did not show a lot of emotion, then he joined the Navy where they dont exactly encourage the touchy/feely displays, and to top it off picked a profession where he has kept his emotions in check as he takes care of patients. He has been hit with something he is finding hard to come to terms with and that is the pending death of his father. His father is in the hospital on comfort care, not expected to live but a few days. As Jeff sits with his dad and watches life slip from him, he has run out of reserves to hold his emotions in and is having a hard time dealing with all of this. On top of this, his mother is in Plum Ridge recovering from hip surgery, but not making good progress. Please hold him up in prayer that he will have Gods comfort and peace as he walks through this hard time.
