Would like to get a routine and a food plan together, I see all these success stories and after seeing them I want to be a project. Ive always been a heavy set guy and have ALWAYS wanted to body build, just cant get the right meal plan and lift routine. Would be awesome to get some advice/ideas going. Im also tired of spending hundreds on the latest and greatest pre-workouts, post workouts, pills, powders and other stupid stuff that doesnt work. Answer: Well dont! All you need is Fighter Diet workouts and diet plans. Check out the mens guide. For food swaps etc or to design your own menus (I wouldnt recommend it until youve tried a pre made one to get you on a roll) you need the build muscle burn fat book! fighterdiet/fd-mens-guide
