Would like to share a Tail down-struggle with you For quite a while Ive been struggling with Milos tail and keeping it down. Not because his tail set is wrong but he is such a happy boy as I like him to be. Some might say too happy, lol When running agility and working sheep his tail comes down naturally. So Ive been trying to make him understand running around the ring also means working (but still being happy). I dont like taking the attitude out of the dog by a harsh tail down-command or pulling the leash, so I tried clicker training and lots of other methods. It helped a bit but not as I hoped for. I was running out of methods when I decided to work in the show ring as I do in agility; using toys. Now it seems weve got it all right and Milo is now getting the point. Well done boy ❤️
