Would love to meet the marketing experts at Fair & Lovely. So, first you have a campaign that drills it into a womans head that she needs to be fair- to be beautiful, and hence beautiful to get married. Then, years later... your Fair & Lovely cream doesnt make women fair and lovely after all, so you move to Fair & Lovely foundation. Foundation scholarship in your defense after all that media hype about Indias fairness obsession. But your message is still the same Chase your dreams, get a scholarship and why? to get married!! We are in 2014. A woman neednt be fair to be loved, and successful..JUST to get married She needs to love and accept herself and work towards her goals, for which needs the right support system. Im sure, a good marketing team can at least work on a different message even if their product is not so fair with women after all. #fairindia #respectwomen #fairandlovely
