Would you like to Download Insanity or Download P90X? How about other popular programs like Body Beast or Focus T25? Well, coming this Spring 2015, Beachbody will begin streaming their workout programs. I know this will be a HUGE plus to many fitness fanatics everywhere. I know that there are MANY people out there looking to download P90X or download Insanity. Let me rephrase… because I guess I can’t really limit it to just those two workouts. If I had the choice today, I’d download Les Mills Pump and download Body Beast too. How about Focus T25? I’d download them all! And why?? Because I want my workouts on the go, I want to take them with me when I travel, or when I go to the gym. No more fumbling around with DVDs and DVD players, or worse scratched or worn out DVDs. How about the convenience of meeting with a friend for a workout! Watch this video for a glimpse at the new Beachbody Streaming app. Beyond cool. Even the nutrition guides and fitness guides will be available. We are talking the full workout programs, not just a few of the workouts.
