Wow! Completed teaching the Intro. to Conflict Dynamics at El Centro College, fell asleep when I got home and now Im wide awake so I decided to grade the final papers from the course. Student: Finally, Professor Gilbert and her compassion for being a mediator shows in her teaching. Gilbert gave the class lots of information. Using, cards to help in identifying each of our feelings, daily handout to read, and class demonstrations of solving conflicts. Awesome class I wish she would teach all nine courses. I personally will miss Professor Gilbert but, I do look forward to her next course.
