Wow, Dr. Karl didnt know that we dont need language to think! I listen to his radio show and someone called asking what I thought was a pretty dumb question if you, like, never heard sounds or, you know, words, how would you think? Phh, Karl Pilkington on his own podcast asked the same thing a few years ago and Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant made fun of him because it is a ridiculous question. I mean granted, if you didnt have language there is a limit to how refined your thoughts can be, but humans along with most other sentient animals are visual thinkers. Dr.Karl youre supposed to be smart!
