Wow!!! I would have never believed this stuff worked if I had not used it for myself, my new daily oral rinse and cleaning routine shown to me by an Amazing friend who was here just when I needed them :-) For brushing your teeth : Use 1 tea spoon of Baking Soda, 1 tea spoon of Organic Coconut oil with extra virgin olive oil, mix in a cup till its a smooth paste then use for 2-3 minutes and watch! All the plaque your regular tooth paste missed when you spit. For oral rinse: Use 1 table spoon of peroxide swish around in mouth (do not swallow) for 30 seconds or more and spit, wash mouth out with water and then take one finger size of the coconut oil and place in mouth do not swallow let it dissolve and swish around in mouth for 10-20 minutes straight then spit and feel the freshness of a clean mouth, (Also do the same steps if you have an abscess) will bring admitted relief and swelling down and then apply the same paste as the tooth paste to a cotton swab and apply to the infected area and leave in for 10-20 minutes. Trust me its only been 1 day and I can already see the difference in my smile its amazing :-)
