Wow! Its so incredible how time has just flown by so fast. It hasnt even been a year since I opened Kaia FIT Granite Bay. I retired from Mercy Medical Group/ Dignity Health in 12/2013 after 13 years that was hard to do because I had made a connection with all my patients over the years. It wasnt your typical visit to the ob/gyn dept. I loved sitting with the ladies & just connecting & catching up...LISTENING to their stories whether bad or good. That was my job but I loved doing it! I was heartbroken leaving my girls: Kimberly Sonia Melissa Jadelyn Nena Kathy Denise Seryna Laura Armine Gemma but it was time to move on & Uprise! So, here I am almost 11 month later. Wooohoo! Im Doing It! Of course, I was scared & nervous but Guess what??? You Only Live Once! I took that HUGE leap & JUMPED right into it & Here I Am. Loving & Living My Life in My New Passion & I also get to take care of these beautiful women through fitness & nutrition. ** If youve thinking about changing something/anything in your Life...JUST DO IT!
