Wow. Scott made hot dogs and mac n cheese for lunch. I accidentally swallowed a chunk of the hot dog whole and boy did that cause problems. My chest hurt and I couldnt breathe real well. Ended up in the bathroom throwing up. Felt a little better but a little uncomfortable. A few minutes later starting having chest pains again. Tried to drink my cranberry juice and couldnt swallow it. Had to spit that out. Threw up again and now I think Im good. Moral of the story....make sure you chew your food well. Although it was an accident it got swallowed.
