Wow! This is my plug for Canadian Tire and a lady named Cindy who works in Financial Services at Canadian Tire Financing. I noticed that I was being charge a fee for insurance on my statement and called to find out about it. I was charged over $5000 since 1997 on this account. When I told them I never agree to insurance on anything they told me to write a letter to Canadian Tire get them to look into the issue. A month later I received a letter stating that they didnt have a record of my agreeing to the insurance and they would credit me $300 dollars. I phone in to complain that I had paid over $5000 and wasnt happy with a $300 credit. Cindy and I agreed to disagree over this point and we ended the conversation. Cindy just phoned me back a couple of minutes ago and told me that she didnt feel right after our call and approached management about the situation. They agreed to return my $5000 plus dollars and credit me any interest that would have been accrued during that period. Cindy whoever you are you made my night as I had my mac book pro stolen from my dining room table this morning and was having a really bad day. Thank you so much Cindy and Canadian Tire Centre you have a customer for life.
