Wow! Though this was about Jerusalem I truly believe it is no coincidence that I read this. Thinking about our nation and the sinfulness that is growing and taking place each day Please read! Though they say, As the LORD lives! Yet they swear falsely. O LORD, do not your eyes look for truth? You have struck them down, but they felt no anguish; you have consumed them, but they refuse to take correction. They have made their faces harder than rock; they have refused to repent.- Jeremiah 5:2-3 Also Jeremiah 5:9 says this ; Shall I not punish them for these things? Declares the LORD; and shall I not avenge myself on a nation such as this? Let us seek God before more judgement is to come! Christ will return one day ! Will you be ready? This nation is getting rid of anything Holy or conservative and true and and just, because they no longer put their trust in God as this nation was founded upon to do. This nation does not trust God but hates Him the Holy one and wants to get rid of Him. We say we are Christian, we say we know God , we say there is so much hate and bad in this world, but do you know that if YOU or myself , are not born again and living in the spirit and truth, LIVING by HIS WORD that you are at enmity with God? ( Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.-Romans 8:7-8) God is love it says in His word that He does not delight in the death of the wicked. So this is describing US ; our fallen nature without God. Without His word. Without being obedient to His word and ways. That means you are an enemy of God. That means that you despise him and there is hatred in your heart whether you admit to it or not. Words to describe enmity in the dictionary are : hatred, hostility, animosity, bitterness and resentment.( harsh but true. ) This is the Lords words, not my words. Because only the enemy and those who are a slave to his ways; disobey the sovereign Lord and goes His own way. Sin is ANYTHING bad. Even the littlest things. Yes we are fallen and fall short , but go to the cross to be right in the sight of God and to be changed and new and pleasing to him! He is willing and able! The good is in Christ alone. Do not wait! Do not hesitate! He is patiently waiting and calling you because He loves you! He sent His son To die for YOU! It is done in HIm. But He is also a just judge, pure, holy and righteous. Time is running out. Do not go the ways of this wretched nation and world and popular culture.Or even the Christian culture of this nation with their watered down gospel and man made method ways and their Jesus they have made up that does not rebuke or correct nor calls us to repent as Gods word does and as Jesus truly did. Nor go with your pride that you dont need God and that God isnt real being in denial. He is as real as your heart beat and as real as the air you breathe that He has given you. Go in the right ways of God. Go in his word. Christ is the way. The only truthful way. No other religion. No good works or good deeds are able. It is only by Christ. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.- Romans 5:10 I love you all.
