Wow...amazing what sleep cam do to rejuvenate the mind! For all u ppl on the Isagenix ... Update for day is under 50 days and results are amazing...when u start program u r told is only place to start...is hard to see the #s so high....embarrassing when u r very big! U measure all areas of body on chart than get on the big, bad scale and fie a bit when the number flashes and u have to record it! Then every week u do it again and when the body shifts and overall inches and pounds dont seem to go down as fast in some areas or weight doesnt come off as fast, u panic. Then u get to day 30...decide not ready to stop because doing well so choose less rigid but still healthy Isagenix patterns and voila... Wow factor. So here goes some real numbers: day 1: start point weight (no i wont share here but Isagenix has them!) with gosl of 80lbs to lose by Feb without extra sag or wrinkles!----day 30: 18lbs down---day 45: 30.4lbs down. INCHES: starting inches (again, Isabody challenge at Isagenix has all these weekly tallies but I not gove specifics here) day1: start point; day 30: total loss of 24.45 inches----day 46: total loss of 38 inches!!! Oh ya, shifting body and multiple sizes down in clothes with still 8 months to drop to my target...think I may increase target to 100lbs total as I can afford the loss AND it now seems to be more realistic than it would have sounded when I first started. So, to summarize...i lost 30 of the 80lbs i wanted off in the first two months of the program! Now my goal is to start firming up and adding an exercise routine of 3-4xs per week at 45 min so that i can start using this energy productively!! Any good home routines welcome...gym will be started in fall, but for summer...home is best!! For anyone wanting more info on Isagenix programming catered to YOUR goals, feel free to message me for info and support! If I can do this, anyone can!
