Wow and so the countdown begins and it feels so surreal. Next week (Sat the 19th) will officially be my last class and in less then a month, I will be saying good-bye to Va =( Ive bonded with so many of you that saying goodbye is going to be so tough =( To all my friends, family, fitness enthusiast whos allowed me to be a part of their life for what ever reason fitness, social or friendship related, all I can say is the memories will forever be embedded in my heart! Yall have changed me in many ways and for that I am grateful! But before I embark towards my new destination come out to my last event One Last Sweat Session with Crystal on Friday, August 1st. Its going to be a night full of fun! That I promise! =)
