Wow no better way to spend a Wednesday evening than with a huge bunch of Awesome O.P.T Demons! 2 Fantastic Sessions tonight at both Cofton Park with Clare & Matt and Alcester Rfc with Barny & Clinton. Plenty of laughs, Fun, Mud, Hills, Tyres, Day sacks as well as pure hard work. Who said working out had to be boring? Big well done everyone, Give yourselves a big pat on the back.
