Despite producing very good high school and college players and strengthening over the past decade, BC basketball tends to fall off after even the first two years of college in terms of interest and seriousness at the senior mens level. Theres some strong CIS/CCAA ties here: usbasket/ABA/basketball.asp?NewsID=379893 Vancouver Balloholics home games will be split between being at the Langley Events Centre (home of the Vancouver Stealth NLL team) and the BCIT Gym in Vancouver suburbs Langley and Burnaby, respectively. Its first home game will November 21 against the Calgary Crush, by far the most successful Canadian-based ABA team.
