Wow we are already feeling the summer heat here in Florida and the sun is intense. Dont forget to reapply your sunblock a couple of times while enjoying time outdoors. Also no need to go over a SPF 30. SPF is not added protection, simple time you can stay in sun without burning. Higher SPF= more cancer causing ingredients and unnecessary fillers. Look for a full spectrum water resistant sunblock and if you are in a pinch at the drug store grab bullfrog, its low on the toxicity scale according to skin deep cosmetic database. If you can go to Ulta grab Supergoop or Coola. With that being said I am heading out on a mini vacation cruise to Cozumel. Although I spray tanned I still have to use sunblock and packed my endless pump of Supergoop, small travel size and my lip balm with SPF. No burns for this girl :).
