Wow what craziness. Friend had a tragedy where his sister apparently passed away, had no news about her fatal traffic accident in the state incident reports because her family was capable of overwriting one of the only *nationwide* consistent legislations across the united states of america (they didnt want any info published) - all transportation incidents must be reported in the US of A. And if they still didnt want info - it wouldve reported a serious incident report with an overturned car - and no info about the drivers would be released. BY DEFAULT - you are assumed anonymous in traffic incident reports. Full of shit, dude.
