Wrapping up my day counting my blessings! Thankful The Lord has allowed me the opportunity to open up a fitness studio to share my passion with others that it may benefit their lives! This morning Triple Threat was no joke. Thank you Megan Angel and Karen for giving me your all! Ready for my mic to get back to I can yell a little louder! Huge thank you to Karen, Renee, and Jamie for their constant support and encouragement the ought their words and through their presence. What a rock solid group of positive and powerful women! I cannot thank you enough for being their at the River Market this afternoon! You gave me courage strength and energy to get up their and do that! And to each if your husbands and your kids - wow! How amazing are they to come show their support of you! Your own cheerleaders praising you for what you are doing for yourself. Their presence speaks volumes of their admiration of you! And an evening with family. Family is so valuable so precious. I dont take for granted a minute I spend with you. I love my family!
