Writing a book in title FINISHING STRONG One Team One Dream. Based on the F1 car and how quick a team release the car within 3 seconds out of the pitstop The greatest challenge we experience for the last 22 years in leadership is simply focus leadership meaning the leader perform poor in his department but show more interest in some one elses department as where a F1 team focus on their function and together they get the car out of the pitstop Leaders with big egos killed vision and when they fail in what they do one of two things will take place fight or flight. Teams will be stronger if they look at the 5 dysfunctions of a team (receive permission to use material) 1.absent of trust 2.fear of conflict 3.lack of commitment 4.avoidance of Accountability 5. Inattention to Results . On chapter 3 of 5 chapters simply loving it!!!
