Wrote this a few days ago and just wanted to share it. LORD JESUS My friend forever in my heart who loves me pure and soft And within me is the only one I know Who can live inside with holiness and bring along a friend Which has always been the mighty Holy Ghost He is gentle in his manner and as well as standing firm He is fair and judges rightly with respect And he’ll wipe away each tear you’ve had and heal the parts that hurt From the losses and the silence when you wept He will save you from the Devil if he’s nipping at your heels And with Armies sent from Heaven they’ll arrive If you call him and believe the dragon HAS to then submit To Lord Jesus who paid God when he had died He had purchased us with bloodshed and the plan was carried out To fulfill the Father’s orders to the end While the Angels and the Seraphim fly in from up above And what’s shocking is that each one is a man They help Jesus do his work and they are joyful in their tasks And innumerable in number so it’s told While a special two announce for him the messages from God They are Gabriel and Michael strong and bold Jesus has so many statements that he’s said along the way While he reaches every heart and every mind And they all have depth of character surrounding them in print In the Bible where the truth is what you’ll find While accomplishing the Victory as “Sinless Majesty” He had risen up with keys and every right After going down to Hades to tell Satan he was DONE Then ascended to the surface with his light He is brilliant luminescence as the “Son of the Most High” With a radiance that glows among the clouds When he comes they’re wrapped around him like a shiny little sun With an Angel as “Announcer” speaking loud With his Love will come his Judgment as he sits upon his Throne Going over all your “Works” within your life While rewarding all believers at the Bema Seat with things That a Husband gives to whom he calls his Bride He will also judge the wicked and they all will face the wrath After thousands of his Angels start the war In the Valley of Meggido where the Antichrist will come For the battle that will please the “Morning Star” After everything is finished he will reign forevermore On the orb that God has cherished in his mind It was consecrated long ago by Jesus when he paid For the costliest of sacrifice you’ll find And with all the great creations, God won’t ever blot it out Earth is home and much too sacred of a place And as the Universe could furnish up the offering he gave He’s our Lord and has redeemed the human race He has built the New Jerusalem with clear transparent gold With a thickness of 216 feet And a wall of 1,500 miles high with city view That is inlaid with the jewels we all will see The wall outside is Jasper and the Gates are made of Pearl And he made them from a single pearl for each There are 12 around the city and the gates are never closed With the names of all the Tribes he’s loved to teach The Lamb will be the light thereof on streets all lined with trees With the fruit that always changes every month And the “Tree of Life” will bear 12 kinds of fruit within the year For the ones who Jesus knows have “Overcome” No more pain and no more sorrow, no more tears and no more death For the former things have now all passed away What he’s made remains before him which is Heaven and New Earth Making sure that all our seeds and name remain Of the increase of his government the peace shall have no end He will rule with all authority and power In exquisite utter royalty inherited by Him With a Kingdom that will come within that hour And while Gabriel went to Mary and announced to her the words That “The Holy Ghost shall come upon her” …soft “While The Highest overshadows thee you soon shall bear a son” “Called “Emmanuel”, The Mighty “Son of God” He created with the Father all the animals we see He’s the Alpha and Omega and he parted the Red Sea He can walk on top of water and can multiply the loaves And when calling all the fishes they jump in the nets in droves He’ll turn water into wine so people quench their thirst with taste And he’ll heal the sick, the blind, the deaf and lame He’s our banner and our peace and as his increase has no end You can trust him and you’ll never be the same He’s the Ruler of the Heavens and he’s coming for us soon To remove us from the evil in the world He’s been busy with his efforts in the City we’ll possess For the rest of all the Lovers of the Lord We will all remain immortal for eternity with Him And be joyful with experience in Peace Where the wicked aren’t welcome to the party we will have In the Kingdom with Lord Jesus next to me Susan Kaye Reid June 10, 2013
