Wyatt update: Update.. It has taken me all day to get my head wrapped around things. This morning I had a lot of questions and still dont have all the answers. Wyatt had an ultrasound of his lungs and chest area. This made it easier to see what was going on. They explained he has a pus type fluid between the lung and rib cage area. They are again saying this may need resolved by the surgical team but we wont hear from them until tomorrow. Infectious disease team came through and looked at all his labs and decided to change to a more broad band antibiotic again to make sure we arent missing anything. He will be on this for a couple weeks or longer. LONG road to recovery. His lungs are still very much diseased as well and will require a long time to fully heal. Prayers and more prayers appreciated.
