Wyoming and South Dakota have seen winter come early, and it looks like the rest of the Midwest will too. Winter Storm Atlas has already caused power to go out in the two states, and dumped three feet of snow in South Dakota. Atlas is expected to bring snow, thunderstorms, and tornadoes to areas of the Rockies, Plains, and Midwest before dying out over the weekend. Some towns might even see a record for earliest snowfall. Global warming, what?
