XMAS TREE WHEN SELLING A HOUSE: One of my sellers just called me to ask permission to put up a Xmas tree. Over and above that its interesting that he deferred to my judgment, its an interesting ?. The common RE consensus is that for privacy & to protect against biases, sellers should not have holiday decs. However, I feel that it shows the space as a home ¬ just a unit, and that the sellers have a warm & inviting life in that home, & its happy! I love all holiday decs even though Im Jewish, Xmas trees makes me happy. So I told my seller to go against conv logic & do it, just dont make it too big so the space feels cluttered. Interesting ? though. Thoughts?
