Im sorry to bother you, but once again I come to you for assistance. I’m resending the email below because I was just advised that the property is scheduled to be demolished in 2 days. Attempts will be made to relocate the ferals, but neighbors stated the friendly cats will be trapped and removed. We fear they may be euthanized or dumped someplace with no access to food and water. Unfortunately, hostile neighbors have been known to trap and dump cats before. The Tortie pictured here was left behind by uncaring owners. We havent named her yet, but shes friendly and very scared. To make matters worse, the propertys being demolished and all cats, feral and friendly are being forced out. Ive been told there may be 2 other friendly cats on the property. Efforts will be made to relocate the ferals if possible, but the friendly cats are being driven away by people and other cats and feeding them is extremely difficult. Is there any chance of cross posting an Urgent Foster or Adoption Request for this Tortie and if possible, the 2 other friendly cats? The property is located on Van Nest Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462.
