When I check the network it says connection is fine but back on the home screen it says having trouble connecting Fenzy: Can you tell me the dots from network to internet? you: What dots? ONCE AGAIN I will tell you that after I go through that process it says on the home screen it is having trouble connecting and the issue may be at microsofts end, what is the issue at your end and how can it fixed? you: Forget it, you clearly do not understand the issue and cannot help no matter how many times I explain what is going on, this chat is over, I will be sending this chat transcript to Microsoft to show how poor this service is and will be posting a copy on facebook for all to see. info: Your chat transcript will be sent to jayandben@gmail at the end of your chat.
