YEAH.... YEAH..... YEAH... Im so relieved and so happy. I just returned home from my yearly Dr. Check Up. I passed with flying colors. Another smiley face for me. My BP was 120/76. Are you kidding? Those of you that have watched my journey over the past few years after my health scare with my BP, you know just how giddy this makes me. I went from being in the emergency room with a BP of 245/125 to THIS. Its called...A wake up call. I took control of my own life and started putting myself FIRST. That I now know is not selfish at all. It allows you to be a better person, to be able to take care of the people that count on you. Down side of this visit... I did gain one pound. :( But it has been such a terrible winter for all of us. Ill take that as a challenge to do better THIS year... And as long as I keep my BP down I am fine with this. LIFE IS GOOD...
