Clearly, it was a success and people still purchase their diamonds. I would prefer an emerald, a ruby, or a moon rock. If it can be modified in a lab to have all of the same properties as a precious stone, go for it. If you buy a rock polisher and reveal a shiny, colorful stone, I’m cool with that, too. Giant diamonds display how shallow you really are and reveal your lack of knowledge about current human rights violations occurring in Central and Western Africa.
