YES, Im going to post my dinner because it was a-maaazing. Alla yall who dont like the food posts, well, you probably should unfriend me, anyway. Alla yall who do (Georgann Cattelona, LuAnne Holladay, and the like), here goes: Sun Circle Farm sweet potato gnocchi with Keith Uridels shallots (carmelized) in a rosemary/lemon zest cream sauce and grated pecorino. I might have been a wee bit inspired by having been interviewed by Annie Corrigan for Earth Eats earlier in the evening.
