YES! about time that the states did something useful and improve the infrastructure of the island and reclaiming Belle Greve is the start.... the sea defences are woefully inadequate, as we saw at the start of the year, and by no means was it a one off. add to that the chance to create a four lane road from the bridge to town, therefor eradicating/reducing the horrific traffic problems that occur day in, day out, creating a huge amount of jobs for locals, a chance to drag the island into the 21st century by expanding the island... Im all up for conservation and i loathe those who take nature for granted but its not as if itll be built over night, nature adapts to the surroundings, as nature does! and as for the view?!?! to not reclaim it so that a select few can enjoy the view is not only extremely selfish but narrow minded. Fill it in, it really is the best option.... I think Mr Stewart is, well, id rather not say but in this case, ill have to agree with him....
