JOSE who did the last 6 week session lost 30lbs made a TOTAL LIFE CHANGE & TODAY came by the facility with his MOTHER who insisted on meeting me. As we stood on the step she proceeded to cry and tell me her story.... I NEVER thought Jose would do it, he Lost the weight but is now a different person. He has inspired ME who has been overweight my whole life to start making changes.
