YOUR HELP NEEDED TODAY- La Sambumbia is an agroecology school on wheels that seeks to promote agroecology in all Caribbean barrios. It documents agroecological practices in the Caribbean, provides a space for meetings and publicizes agroecological projects. We’ve been dreaming of La Sambumbia for a year now as a way to connect agroecological projects around the Caribbean, facilitate product marketing and teaching about agroecology in mostly low income communities in our islands. La Sambumbia is a mix of vegetables, a stew, a stir-fry a calaloo.
