YOUR SINK, HANDPHONE & BAG MAY HV MORE GERMS THAN YOUR TOILET BOWL... Yeah, for the reason of bacterial contamination, I actually dont like bags, esp big haversacks, on my sofa or dining table. Most of us dont remember to wash or disinfect out bags regularly. Some simply never thought of it...LOL...BAGS CONTAIN ALL KINDS OF GERMS & EVEN FECAL STAINS ACCORDING TO LAB TESTS. Honestly, u never knw what other folks before u put on top of the toilet roll or platform behind the toilet bowl. Disinfect your phone n phone cover regularly n dont gv it to your toddlers to play with. The same with ur keys. Remember how u use it to press the lift buttons to avoid touching them. I do scrub my sink, basin & toilet bowl (interior n exterior) regulary. I forgot abt the toilet roll thgh. Will do....Also rinse out my dish sponge many times a day after each dish washing change my dish rag every 4-5 days. Scrub my cutting board after each use thgh smtimes i get lazy with the veggie/fruit cutting boards n juz gv it a rinse. Cleaned my counter top each time after i cook n gv it a good wipe with Cif maybe once a fortnight. I do wash the removable inner top cover of my rice cooker n wash the steam valve whenever I remember...it does accumulate food remains...Yes, I hv been wanting to give the fridge a good clean-up this weekend once the food is emptied. Changed my bedsheets once a week n i think it is not an overkill. Changed my rugs outside bathroom n in kitchen once every 2-3 weeks. Scrub my toilet bin maybe once a fortnight. I closed my windows except night time so I try to sun my mattress once a week. Got to remember to do it fir my sofa too...the heat can be quite intense in the day on the top floor so i tend to close my curtain even when i m home. Washed my sofa ard once every two months now. I m thinking maybe i shld spread my quilt over it so that i wash the quilt more regularly instead...I must think of a way to disinfect my dish sponge n cutting board regularly...n yes, remove n wash the shower head...
