YOUR SOUTH JERSEY WEEKEND: A 50/50 ONE WEATHERWISE The first half looks colder, drier, and brighter...the second half looks warmer, cloudier, and at least a little wetter. Heres my thoughts: SATURDAY: Plentiful sunshine to start the weekend, with mostly sunny skies holding throughout the day. With high pressure overhead, winds will be less brisk than they were on Friday. Despite the sun and the light winds, a colder day is still setting up. After early morning temps in the teens for many, afternoon highs probably only top out in the low 30s. SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy skies will likely prevail Sunday, though how much rain falls remains in question. Lets call for some showers, especially in the afternoon/evening, and milder temps to accompany the rain with highs around 45-50. Its a one day thaw, as colder air returns as soon as Monday. I dont think any major rains are on the way, but at least some showers are possible before the weekend wraps up.
