Ya know, people ask me all the time what I am thankful for. Im not sure why, but its something people do. I generally dont have a good answer, so Ill say birds....flowers....goats....but as of Christmas Day 2014, I have something to be truly thankful for: JUT - Janes Upside-down Turkey. When we sat down to eat, we were wondering why there seemed to be irregular bone placement, followed by irregular meat placement. (lotsa red meat up top). This even though I had gone to the extra expense of buying a Grade A turkey, and not the Chernobyl-origin Utility turkey, that usually miss random parts. It was when we were tearing at the turkey carcass for leftovers, when we realized the turkey was stuffed, cooked, and subsequently eaten - upside down. For this, I am thankful.
